Conflict Armament Research (CAR)

We are pleased to announce a Guest Speaker event for Thursday, October 19, 2023, at 0900 EDT | 1500 CET.  Conflict Armament Research (CAR) is a company which works in conflict zones to recover weapon systems (Drones, missiles, etc.) so they can disassemble them, identify components contained in the system, and track the components backwards to the source.  Damien Spleeters, Deputy Director of Operations for CAR will give a presentation on CAR, what they do, red flags in diversion, and how the company recovers and tracks components.

Stephen A. Wilcox, Chairman of the Board, International Sanctions and Export Control Society network, has had the pleasure of meeting Damien and listening to his presentation at the European Commission.
